OUR STORY

自 2010 年起

In 2010, with a strong interest and boundless enthusiasm for the printing industry, I resolutely decided to embark on the road of entrepreneurship. At that time, I had witnessed the rapid transformation and development of printing technology and keenly sensed the huge potential contained in this industry.

At the beginning of my entrepreneurship, difficulties abounded. The first problem was funding. To raise start-up capital, I ran around, borrowed money from relatives and friends, and actively sought investors. After unremitting efforts, I finally gathered enough funds in 2010. I rented a small factory building and purchased some basic printing equipment.

After the equipment was in place, I began to form a team. I deeply know that an excellent team is the key to the success of an enterprise. I recruited a group of experienced, skilled, and responsible employees through various channels. They come from different backgrounds but all have the same goal, which is to make our printing factory bigger and stronger.


Since 2016

But challenges soon followed.In 2016, we were in a difficult situation as we were a newly established printing house with little visibility in the market, very limited customer resources, and pitifully low order volume. To solve this problem, I led my team to actively participate in various exhibitions and industry events to showcase our products and technical strength. We carefully designed our booth and produced exquisite promotional materials to introduce our advantages and features to potential customers. At the same time, we also take the initiative to visit our customers to understand their needs and provide them with personalized solutions. Through continuous efforts, we gradually won the trust and praise of some customers, and the number of orders began to increase slowly.

Then, technical difficulties lay before us again. In 2018, once a customer requested a batch of high-quality color picture albums with very high requirements for color accuracy and saturation. Our equipment and technology initially could not fully meet the customer’s requirements, resulting in unsatisfactory sample effects. To solve this problem, on the one hand, we invited technical experts to come to the factory for guidance and debug and optimize the equipment; on the other hand, we organized employees to participate in professional training to improve their technical level. After continuous attempts and improvements, we finally successfully printed picture albums that met the customer’s requirements and won high praise from the customer.

As business continued to develop, we faced new challenges. In 2019, customers’ needs became more and more diverse, and the requirements for delivery time became higher and higher. To meet customers’ needs, we continuously optimized the production process and improved production efficiency. We introduced an advanced production management system to arrange orders scientifically and reasonably to ensure seamless connection of all links. At the same time, we strengthened cooperation with suppliers to ensure the timely supply of raw materials. In addition, we also paid attention to after-sales service and promptly solved problems encountered by customers during use.


Looking back on this entrepreneurial journey, there have been hardships, tears, joys, and gains. We have gradually developed from a small printing factory into an enterprise with a certain scale and influence. This is inseparable from the joint efforts of our team and the trust and support of customers.


In the future, we will continue to adhere to the business philosophy of “quality first, customer first,” continuously innovate and forge ahead, and provide customers with more high-quality products and services. We believe that with our joint efforts, our printing factory will definitely become better and better.
